Eating a balance meal...citrus, cake, tortilla...Meals: keep the volunteers happy by feeding them well and they will work hard. No complaints here about the food department. They serve a variety of meals; let's see, chicken & rice, beef & rice (we have an abundance of rain), ribs, lasagne, sausage, roasted chicken, enchiladas. There is even a s, alad bar. Breakfast...well, have not eaten breakfast there but....there was once when we we were served grits. Um...grits....don't mean to offend..but...they are grits. To my knowledge..they were served once...
