Well, yesterday was an eventful day. In the afternoon a thunderstorm hit the area, I was home and not at the project site. Lightning struck!
During the storm three volunteers were getting into the van, one was hanging outside and being urged by the others to get in the van. He got in, and as he closed the door, lightning struck the VAN!! The antenna caught fire as you can see, the car's electrical system was fried rendering the car useless.
But, all were safe, scared, but safe and sound.
