Special Event

We had a meeting today.....special..it was crowded inside the assembly hall, so people just sat where they could

Today was a special treat. All the volunteers who were on site were asked to report to the assembly hall for morning worship. After the daily text was read and discussed a special presentation was made. A 10 minute video showing the the progress of the assembly hall construction from March till the present was made. It was a great video showing the work that has been done and the faces of the workers that have been assisting at the project. Some of those early ones, who came to help out pour the slab are not here anymore. It brought back memories. It seems it was only yesterday we were setting up trailers and equipment to work on the project site, only hours ago that we were putting up the beams...now, the work is going on in real earnest. We had so much help that many finished their work ahead of time and went home this evening. We had some volunteers stay at our place this weekend and they are coming back next week.

We had 604 volunteers today. More are expected to come next week. Next photos will be done on Tuesday, so for now...Enjoy!!
