Kitchen crew...last day on the job

More tears shed today, hugs all around, some waxed nostalgic... Our department will not be closed down until later this month or next, they still need to scan people. Some departments are no more...parking, attendant. Food service is no more after this week.

Not too many pictures today, lots of work inventorying, making the gift baskets, etc. Our work week will be from Thursday to Sunday now...perhaps shorter. The other rbcs are no longer coming, they have their projects that they need to catch up on.

The volunteers on site seem to feel that this is the end...they did not want to leave the site, hanging around talking, taking pictures, reminiscing. Some of the long term volunteers have left, some back to the state they came from. More trailers have departed along with their owners.

Those of you in Hawaii..and you know who you are...hope you are having a blast!

We are using the leftover ID Tags...just like you saw in the picture, we will be giving just the ID Tags out as souvenirs.
